Rob gets on two wheels

Here I am ready to set off on
my new, well, nearly new
BMW 650.
This was taken at the farm
where I bought it.
It is ready to travel with
panniers and tank bag.
The helmet cost me £40.

I left Ashford on Saturday and
headed down the coast to Rye,
where I stopped for a rest along
with a few other bikers.

Part of the harbour at Rye.

Here is Brighton beach
on a sunny weekend.
There is no sand here,
only pebbles.
It was very crowded and
there was a lot of traffic along
the coast road as it was the
Easter holidays.
I went out onto Brighton Pier
and had a pint while watching
all the people.

This is Brighton Pier.
I was glad to get out of
here with all the
bloody traffic!
